Apps to sleep on a41

Hi everyone. Apps that i don't use only every 3 to 4 days. Should I put Apps in sleep mode. Sometimes don't use some apps for couple of weeks..what would you recommend members. Thanks 🔥🔥

@DAVESHADY: This is definitely a useful feature in terms of limiting your background activity, and improving your battery life. If you head to Settings > Battery & Device Care > Battery > Background Usage Limits, you can toggle on 'Put Unused Apps To Sleep' for an automatic approach, or tap on 'Sleeping Apps' or 'Deep Sleeping Apps' and add apps manually to these lists via the '+' symbol in the top right.

Know this thread is a few months old  but I would certainly recommend not having apps that  you only use occasionally constantly running in the background.
