There is no built in way to stop an app from launching unless entering a PIN unless you use a third party app. Secure Folder allows you to clone apps and move data inside a secure area on your phone that is only accessible via a code but this is not the same thing. Moving an app from outside to inside is not alwayd a viable solution as data cannot always be migrated too.

This would be an excellent suggestion via your Samsung Members App so Samsung can take on board your suggestion. 

As mentioned Secure Folder would offer some protection.
