Appear on top pop up

Hello all. 

I received my A52s last week. Really happy with it, but there's one issue that's really starting to bug me.

When I unlock my phone (with fingerprint, passcode or face unlock) the 'Appear on Top' settings page pops up. 

It's either there when I unlock, or will pop up a second or so after unlocking. It doesn't happen every time I unlock my phone, but happens more often than not.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi can you send me a screenshot of it please. I haven't heard anything like this happening before.

Have you tried clearing system cache and app caches?.. also try use the good guardians app and the app booster module, helps to kinda reset everything..
