Anyone have any look at getting the free earbuds with the a53 ?

Just  got the a53 ment to be able to apply for earbuds but when you go onto their rewards site it doesn't give you the option says its s22 etc  even when I try fill out the form for s22 says the dates are wrong ......someone help ppl before  I go crazy 🤪
