Hi -cri-, welcome back to the Samsung Community for Italy!
I think these issues are caused by software conflicts that are not related to the update: it often happens that temporary data gets corrupted, causing system instability.
As recommended by Manblues, you can try to do a "Wipe Cache Partition". Follow these steps:
- Turn off the phone
- Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
- Press and hold the Power and Volume+ keys
- As soon as Samsung appears, release the Power key
- When the blue screen appears, release the key
- A screen with several items will appear: here it will be necessary to move between the various items using the volume keys until the writing "Wipe cache partition" is highlighted in blue
- Confirm with the Power key
- Move to "Yes"
- Confirm with the Power key
- Position yourself on "Reboot system now"
- Confirm with the Power key and wait for the restart
Test the phone and let us know if you notice any improvement after the restart. We remain at your disposal.
Have a nice day!
