Can't find recycle bin after a40 update

Which recycle bin are you looking for as they're are a few different ones depending on the feature.

i.e 

Gallery photo's.

Messages.

Emails

Thanks for your reply. Few a weeks ago I did an update and before that the recycle bin used to be on the right side of gallery where the three dots are but now it's not there

It's on the bottom press the three lines and it will open a new menu and it will be in there.

Received new S21 upgrade on 23/4/21 not had the £200 or £150 Google vouchers which were in the offer when I took the phone out.  Could you let me know please
