Hello there I have been having a problem with my A71 camera every time I try to take a photo the app always crashes I have tried to clear the data off the app but still no solution has anyone had this problem and is there anyway to fix it with having to factory reset my phone?

@DTri Hi, try Reset settings, within the Camera app settings.
Putting the phone in Safe Mode is the next thing to do and check if the problem persists.
Try installing another Camera app from Play Store and check if your camera works. Greetings.

Does it work instagram or whatsapp o facebook camera for example?

Just to check if taking a photo without the camera app works or not

Yes it work on the apps but not on my camera app

Does the camera work in safe mode?
Its looks its a problem with the camera app, and it works properly when using different apps that need to access to camera

No still closing down the app when I try and take a photo

@DTri,Hello, if you have tried all the steps indicated and have not managed to solve the problem, you may need to Reset the terminal to factory values. Make a backup, but don't use it to restore your phone. Best regards.
