I bought that phone  yesterday and i tried  2 slow motion movie. When i started  to  record some blackish low light lines were running with low light . When  i played the  movie same thing  happened.  The video  was not recording  clearly and the photos  taken in normal mode is not so clear when  i check in file explorer  in computer

In regards to the issue with using normal mode, can you please elaborate on this? What happens when you try to take photos?
