please my phone A71 and it didn't get any updates recently ... it stopped on Android 11 .... I don't know why ☹☹

It might be one of the models that will no longer accept lastest updates apart from security updates.

You could try plugging into a PC. Download smartswitch for PC and the smartswitch app to your phone. See if you can download the latest update.

@mimi82022  Yes the A71 5G is eligible for Android 13 which started rolling out in December https://www.gsmarena.com/one_ui_50_android_13_arrives_on_samsung_galaxy_a71_5g  Therefore I suggest you try Smart Switch.
