A71 unable to download app from Google play

Hi, having trouble installing on Samsung A71 gets to installing stage then at 85% gives up with unable to install try again. I have cleared all cache and data as suggested but still not installing. I have installed successfully on my Samsung tablet and connected with data on Dropbox, am I missing something? Cheers Simon

I suggest clearing the phone system cache. Just search how to clear phone cache A71 and this should fix the problem 😉

Well, cannot even get to restart screen to choose to clear cache, using vol up+start button after shutting down phone and its just restarting cannot understand this at all.

Since Android 11 you need to be caonnected to a PC to access Recovery.

Looks like going to have to get refund for "awallet " app then shame it's the only one on the whole of Google play that I chose 🙃
