My advice is to first try clearing the cache files of your phone's system files. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files and clear the cache files. No information is lost this way.
Try putting the phone in Safe Mode to see if this is a rogue downloaded app causing the issue.
In regards to using an apk please be very careful if you consider this because they are not from the sanctity of the Playstore and some can be badly written causing issues or in the extreme contain code to capture the information from your phone.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.
