Galaxy A Serieshi everyone
i have an A71. i have set up a chicken ringtone for texts but every so often the chicken rintone goes off but there are no texts.
so have i inadvertently attached it to another app & if so how do i found out which app it is attached to other than text messages?

Galaxy A SeriesYou could take a look in Settings, sound and vibration to see if that helps.
Or go into Settings , Apps and go through your relevant apps and choose notifications and look at your chosen sounds by pressing options such as new message etc.

Galaxy A Series@A71 fan: Next time you hear the notification sound, and a text message hasn't been received, head to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Notification History, and check the source here.

Galaxy A Seriesit's turned off lol. i've now turned it on. could you please leave this thread open for a while until i can get it sorted. then will close thread accordingly. ty
