Could it be the ringtone you've chosen ?
Can you choose another and then see what happens.
Also double check the settings in sound and vibration.
Sometimes putting the phone into Safe Mode can help troubleshoot what's happening.
Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
