Hello.
I bought a A71 beginning of June, so only 2 months ago, and the phone is constantly rebooting. Sometimes even reboots 2 times back to back. It's very annoying when you are doing something in the phone and that happens.
Anyone with the same problem? What about solutions? All updates are done.
The baseband version is A715FXXU2ATF7.
Thanks

Put the phone in Safe Mode and then see what happens as this disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock one's working @NFP
If this continues and everything is up to date then back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
If that fails to work then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
I assume it's never had an accidental bump or water damage.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I wonder if this is a sw issue...

Thanks, but even if I do all that, it won't be certain that all is ok. Yesterday, for instance, no reboot happened.
But it's very annoying when you're doing something important on the phone and it reboots. Don't understand why.
Starting to regret going back to Samsung 😞
Cheers
