A71 microphone issue

Hey all, 

To cut it short, the mic spontaneously disconnect or give dizzz sound and I have to restart it to refunction.

What is the problem here?!

I have the same problem.

Needs restart for mice to work again.

I can't do factory reset so many data.

How long since you did the factory reset?

I am just checking if this will solve the problem once and forever or if it will return in the future.

I had done factory reset a month ago and since that I've not faced the mic issue as of now.

Will have to make a backup using a computer 😅

As I said before, I've done factory reset since then and it never happened again.

Hey my sister is having the same problem with her a71 and when she tried this she couldn't hear her voice what do I do?

My microphone has suddenly gone low and cannot hear my contacts well. Even on calling its low. Contacts can hear me fine but not the same for me. Restarted phone. Switched it off problem still remains
