I took the phone (Samsung Galaxy A71) last February and in July the display required a replacement for broken issue. The display changed from a authenticated Samsung point. Now, from last month I am facing a hearing issue. Frequently the other part of the call can not Hear my voice but I can hear them clearly. I cut the call and recall, everything is fine again. This happens for 50% of my call. Not sure its a hardware or software issue. Any suggestion is appreciated.

I would test the phone by using the going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests to try.
There is also a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
If they don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
