A71 Headphone Issue

Hi all, 

This seems to have only occurred in the last few weeks but I used to use headphones with no issues at all but now encountering some issues.

I can listen to spotify/bbc sounds etc no problem but if the volume up/down/pause controls no longer work.

If I receive a call it doesn't play through the headphones. I have to unplug them and speak through the phone.

I've tried different headphones all with the same effect.

It's not a major problem just a bit of pain as I used to take a lot of calls when out walking etc.

Any ideas/suggestions or advice would be hugely appreciated.

Which headphones are you using? Is there any damage to the headphones? Have you tried a different pair to see if the same issue occurs?

I'm having issues with headphones, further googling leads me to believe it is a software issue as if I restart my phone it works again for a while but then stops. This is not ideal as I have to restart my phone about 4 times a day!!!

Which phone and headphones are you using? Have you tried using another pair to see if the same issue occurs?
