I bought a new a70 phone, and it hardly connets to the internet, and it always disconnects from the internet.

i.e home wifi, friends home wifi and coffee shops etc ?
You could try going into settings , apps and clearing your wifi cache etc and not try forgetting the network and reset up the login credentials.
If this is still happening with all wifi connections then put the phone in Safe Mode which disables the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones Live and then see if things improve. If they do then it's possible a downloaded app or apps is causing this. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time.
If it continues in Safe Mode then I'd suggest visiting a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for a diagnostic.
You could also look at any relevant cooling off period from the outlet / source you received the phone from to ask for the phone to be swapped out.
