A70 silent notifications

my A70 recently did a software update and has now created a silent notification section when you swipe down from the top. It seems to be picking random apps to put in it and I can't find how to remove them. Any suggestions please

Hey, @Joyce24. Can you confirm the Android version you're currently running?

ofc it's android 10 since it's updated from 9 and now he got the silent notification option which has no control at all on A70

I have the same issue everytime I update my phone. it goes away after hours wasted trying everything possible to fix this issue. I will never use Samsung again
