Does anyone know how to change the mirror image to normal?

Can you try to open camera app
Switch to selfie
Tap settings icon in the corner
Please check if mirror mode is there

I have the same question. There is no mirror setting on these phones. 

Any other ideas?

Go into the camera app settings within the app itself, the cog icon top left.

Scroll to "pictures as previewed"
That's where you can change the mirror affect of the selfie cam

The view finder / screen doesn't show the pre capture as flipped, but the saved image is flipped / mirrored

• Thank you! That’s what I was looking for.  Now to sort out the delay in taking the picture..

That ,I can't help with:-)
I disable the shooting modes I don't use like slow motion video, panorama shots , etc
I also make sure the app is blocked from internet/data use
But other than that everything else is left as is.
I found sometimes when data usage was allowed it would keep slowing down, oh I also turned off "scene optimiser" and "scan QR codes"

The slow auto focus doesn't really help things but it's still faster than my old 35mm SLR dinosaur of a camera 😄

Thanks for the reply. I shut that all off and will see if its tolerable.  Do you ‘save to SD card’? I wonder if that slows it down too.

I took my SD back out as it seemed slightly slower
