A70-Screenshot problem

Anyone having problem with taking screenshot on A70  after latest update. Screen goes to Poweroff/Restart. HELP

Mine is working fine , what setting do you have for the side key (power button) ?
In android 10 some settings have changed

Go to
Settings
Advanced features
Side key

And check your settings

You could just go to
Settings
Advanced features
Motions gestures
And select palm swipe to capture if you can't get the physical buttons working

Oh and the physical key action for screen capture is no longer long pressing them.
Long pressing does bring up the power off options.
Try the volume down and power screen capture action by just quick pressing them together , not long pressing

Hi, same problem here too, after update the screenshot no longer works pressing Vol down and power button, it goes to power off screen, nor can I swipe to screenshot even tho it is turned on in settings . Very annoying as this is probably one of the features I use the most, Please Help !!

My bad, didn't read  all the replies, and yes, it works pressing the vol down and power button by quick pressing both not long pressing as it used to
