I have purchased the above model on the 5th February 2020......it was working fine and was also happy with it....suddenly one day it stopped charging that is on the 9th November2020....though the phone was under warrnty i was informed that there is lapse in warranty as my back camera glass was damaged....since my phone was untouched ...it was opened by the service center only for the very first time in Borivali....now they are asking me to pay, as hardware problems are dedected......i fail to understand if my phone was only handeled by the samsung service team and it is still under warranty why do i have to pay for it..
