Sure that's done by your network not the phone.

Would suggest look at help pages on your network providers site. Think there is a code you can dial on your phone to change it but exact details may vary by provider

It depends on the network I believe vodafone is the only remaining network to allow you to do this

@royshel  You may well need to contact your network.    However there is something you can try before doing so to see of it makes any difference.
