I have had this phone for literally a day and a half and I am having to restart it as the keyboard and screen decides to stop working or has a mind of its own any suggestions how I can fix it instead of restarting the phone 3 times a day? Or should I just send it back?

Personally I'd put the phone in Safe Mode which disables all downloaded apps but leaves the stock apps working and then see what happens just to make sure it's not a rogue app. If it stops then it's a process of elimination by deleting the most recent apps one at a time until the issue stops.

 

If this continues in Safe Modethen come out of that and then I'd try a factory reset and then set the phone back up without using any type of backup like Samsung Cloud if relevant, and and if that didn't help I'd have it swapped out in any applicable cooling off period @bluace

thank you for the advice funnily you should say certain apps I don't no if that was related but I changed my theme and ever since then a whole day yesterday it has been working fine no problems at all the keyboard is fine everything so fingers crossed it will last me until the new s series comes out thanks again 😊
