A52 Voice Recording

My phone is unable to pick up external sounds. When I try to record my voice or perform speech with bixby/ google, the phone does not pick up my voice at all. Anyone else faces this problem?

Hi @Keithcwjk. Are you able to make and receive calls with the other person hearing you properly? Just checking to see if there is an issue with your mic at this point.

I have a Samsung 52 and can't hear what people are saying in WhatsApp and they can't hear me either. I never had problems with my pixel3a.

Is there any way I can improve sound quality?? Please help. The phone is new to me I have only had it for 1 week.

Is this only affecting WhatsApp calls or all the calls app and sounds @Polythenepam ?

Mine is the same, I cannot record audio on WhatsApp, Google etc it wont pick up recordings at all but I can use it for phonecalls fine
