A52 s 5g slow charging 4 hours

I buy 25 watt charger But charging takes 0 to 100 in 4 hours. Is there a problem with the cable or the charger? What should I do? What is the problem? writes 1 hour 15 but charges in 4 hours

Fast charge enables in settings

Go into battery then more battery setting and there be a switch saying fast charging

Is the charger youve purchased an official Samsung version @Mi401  ?

Check in the charging port with a torch to ensure no debris is in there.

Try another charger and or try the charger with another phone as a process of elimination. 

Other options are return the charger snd ask for a replacement.

A Samsung Service Centre can check the phone and there are diagnostic tools in your Samsung Members app.

Please note, only attempt to turn on fast charging when running on battery alone. The option will be greyed out if you are already charging the phone

The problem is with the  cable wire and I got repleace wire it fixed
