Hi I have a plug in selfie stick that worked beautifully with my old A50 (and my husband's A52 - exact same model as my A52). However when I plug it in and click to take a photo I get "Complete the Action using Bixby Voice or Google". When you click on Bixby you are taken to another multiplie choice pop up and if you press google and then press the selfie stick again it increases volume. I have been chatting back and forth with Samsung for the past week and no-one can help me other than to go to a Samsung store - nearest one being in UK and I am in RoI. Thanks if you can help.
