Are you experiencing the problem while on a call, using the phone mic? If you switch to Speaker, do you notice an improvement? To test the hardware, please open the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Mic, and run through the on screen instructions. Can you hear yourself clearly during this test?
