Got a replacement for the a52 5g and yet again having voice issues. Is this a common software problem that these phones have as i was having the same issues with the first one to!

@K44L: I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your replacement Galaxy A52 5G. Please can you provide further details of the issue? Are you experiencing the problem while on a call, using the phone mic? If you switch to Speaker, do you notice an improvement? To test the hardware, please open the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Mic, and run through the on screen instructions. Can you hear yourself clearly during this test?

If i put it on loudspeaker i can hear the other person.. however on a normal call i cant. Now this is the second phone which i have received and the same issue is occuring again.
