Hi all,
I have recently bought a Galaxy A52 5G Smartphone and have been told by people that they cannot hear me very well especially while on a video call (Zoom, Whatsapp, etc). My voice sounds muffled, underwatter, like in a barrell and crackly, interrupted...
Anyone has experience the same, and if the a hardware software solution?

I got my issue resolved after May software update. But just before the update I have reset the setting in General management>Reset>Reset all settings.
So, i think any one of this worked for me.

I had similar issue on A52 (non 5G variant)
Issue is resovled I guess. Security patch level: 1 May 2021

Yes , I already replied earlier that issue got resolved after May update. But found new issue. Power saving mode automatically Turing ON at below 70% battery level. Earlier it was never auto turned ON. Also if I manually turned it off it gets on after some time. Ideally it should turn on below 30% and should be off if done manually.

When I use video call to someone on WhatsApp or any other social media ,the receiver can't hear my voice well, the voice is very and noisy and blurry , what should I do, I think I must return it
