Samsung is busy on telling ppl to reset phones to fix all issues haha they dont have time for community..
Some1 in samsung headquarters- how we can make those fools dont ask clever questions of our stupid support chat specialists?!
We can give them forum and call it community they will help to each other and we save money on training or stuff..all they need to learn now - please reset your phone..didnt help well we take it for repair..
Hello, i bought an A52 5g 2 weeks ago and i can confirm that everyone who i talk to over whatsapp or facebook messenger complains that my voice is muffled and sometimes it does interrupt. Device has last update as on the picture.
I have noticed that voice quality during whatsapp or messenger calls is very bad especially when using headphones through jack port or when i use the phone speaker. People on the other end complain that they can barely hear me and i really need to keep the phone mic and the headphones mic close to my mouth. It is very annoying that a midrange phone cant even do the most basic function.
On whatsapp calls connection is dropping every two minutes even if i have full 4g+ signal and also the person on the other end also has full signal.
I have never experienced this issues before on my old samsung A5 2017 or my Xiaomi phone.
I hope this has to do with the software or the noise cancelling. If does not get fixed im sending it back, quality of the device its pretty absymal compared to my old A5 2017 which had metal frame and robust body. It seems like each year Samsung cuts corners more and more but still charges a lot. What a waste..
This is 100% a software issue to me, not a hardware one. I had exactly the same problems as you, including the occasional video call drops at full signal -- it's just some weird OS routine crashing everything.
It's strange that the update didn't fix this for you -- all issues are gone on my end now, but I may have gotten lucky.
I am also experiencing the same problem... Receiver end users on whatsapp are complaining about muffled voice on whatsapp video call and whenever child speak - voice get either distorted or no voice at other end. very much frustrating.
Contacted customer support... they asked their common steps to do ... but all in vain.
Customer care support person asked to clear data from system apps - Sound picker & Sound alive. Then reset all app preferences. Still issue persist.
Now they are saying no hardware problem as voice is clear on normal call. its an whatsapp issue. BullShit
Can't be Whatsapp issue as long as on other phones works great. Samsung support is *****, theres a trend to release new unfinished products and ripoff customers.
Hey, check for latest update..for most it fix that issue.. customer support is useless, u know i talk to them for 5 times..every time same reset your phone.. just try to update to latest software and check your phone case. For me 1 of cases cover mic and after changed to other no more issue for sound..maybe it just 1 step of other i did but you need find your own way..
