I've always enjoyed my Samsung smart phones, but not my new A51. I have a serious problem with bluetooth. Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting and/or stuttering. I have a feeling its software is buggy. Has anyone faced this issue and if yes, do you know of a solution? I have updated the software to the latest version.
** Further updates (4-Feb-2020): today while playing an audio book on my bluetooth headset (Samsugn Level U), voice disappeared and I could only hear noise; I had to restart the phone to resolve the issue (back to Windows 98 theme); I hope Samsung can resolve this asap. It is a serious issue.
** Update (10-Feb-2020): i have just installed the update A515FXXU2ATA8/A515FOJM2ATB1/A515FXXU2ATA8 size: 351.39 MB (dated: Feb 1, 2020). will start testing and provide updates in a few days.
** Update (14-Feb-2020): after a few days of testing, I can confirm the Bluetooth issues no longer exist. I have been playing Bluetooth audio and no disconnections or stuttering occurs.
Which security patch or update did you got
I have a month no problems more and last week I did the last update
The outrol of the new update was a week ago
I got A515FXXU2ATB1. I admit that did the software update there were improvement in listening with bluetooth audio but still stutering at least once in every song. How about you? Which security update did you get?
That's the same update that I got Did you do something else with your phone to resolve this problem
Better go back first to the factory settings and afterwards the last update
I just bought A51 on March 11th 2020! Still facing the same problems with Bluetooth! Whenever I connects my phone with Wi-Fi the Bluetooth got disconnected /stuttered! Totally disappointed with the phone!
Also the battery drains too fast as compared to other phones!
Plz suggest a better solution!
I'm facing same issue as some other guys do.
There's a connection problem between Galaxy A51 and my AirPods and AirPods Pro.
It offten happens especially when I walking.
I tried to solve this problem by restaring, reset and developer option but it didnt help it.
Also, Software version is latest version (A515FXXU2ATA8/A515FOJM2ATB1/A515FXXU2ATA8)
I understand AirPods is Apple's product, and Samsung doesn't have to solve this problem.
Although, its really sad and frustrating cuz it worked wtih Galaxy S8+ perfectly...
I hope they are gonna fix this issue lol
Same problem over here.
Bought the A51 for my daughter who also bought a set of Airpods of her own savings. I read about the Bluetooth issues before, but also that they were fixed with the Februari update.... But apperently not for Airpods 😞
Please Samsung, provide a fix for this a.s.a.p.
Unfortunately, my friend ran out of toilet pepers, so I've bougth the phone back for two and a half rolls. In the meantime A515FXXU3ATC3/A515FOLM3ATC3 came out on sammobile, with mach 1 security update, and I've tried it. It is still not working, but in vietnamise.
