Have you tried the PC version of Samsung Smart Switch? That can download and apply updates to devices in case you missed them for some reason on the device itself.

My phone is also still stuck on March secutity patch and I use A51 5g. Hopefully our phones another security patch update this month.

there isn't any newer updates for the a51 5g, they just don't update this phone all that much as it sold much less compared to the 4g variant which is a different (and much worse) phone sltogether

Its so annoying. A51 5g (along with A71) is the best 2020 A series phone but Samsung certainly dont treat it that way. I got A51 5g because my old A9 2018 was having problems and I didnt want to wait for 2021 A series phones to be released. I wish Samsung would start giving it updates it deserves!
