A51 5G / wifi distance limitation

Dear user of A51 5G,

I just have one telephone A51 5G, I constat that it does not have a normal detecting WiFi signals, need to be near the WiFi router otherwise no WiFi signal.

I compare it with other telephone, the others receive all WiFi signal around the place, but A51 5G receive few, 

I returned it to Samsung repairing centre but without success, they told WiFi work very well but if there is a limitation of distance or must be have a visibility with router it is not sumsung problem.

I am not convinced with there answer, I suppose that this telephone has a hardware or software issues for WiFi receiver sensibility.

How very old phone receive WiFi and new doesn't receive it??

Please who can help to fix this anormal functioning.

Try doing a soft/hard reset and see if that fixed. If that doesn't work then you're device is probably messed up and needs to be checked by a Samsung service centre or be replaced. I can get wifi connection standing quite far away from the router and I also have the A51 5g. Hope this helps and the problem with your phone is fixed soon. Stay safe 🌈
