When I am video calling and simultaneously browsing the web, my phone keeps over-heating and closing the small multi-window video feed. The brightness is always below 40%, I have very few apps open, and am indoors away from direct sunlight. The phone is brand new, can anyone assist?
this is what is happening to my device, except i am video calling instead of playing videos.
Please assist me. I can't make video call with WhatsApp with multi window on and my camera paused and remains freezed to the other end.
It shows a messege like a popup notification and goes away with my Multi-window of the video call. the messege is like :
"Multi Window Closed
Your phone is too hot. Let it cool down before using Multi window again"
This is so frustrating.
