New phone. From 3 days ago. Each time I try to listen to voice mail messages on WhatsApp or Viber or play music on Sound Cloud app, the sound stop 1 or 2 minutes from the time the lock (black) screen turned on.
Contacted WhatsApp and other apps. Said..it is a phone not app issue. Also check if any app sleep function is on and turn it off.
I did every suggestion and solution mentioned on web. Nothing works! What's wrong with this phone. I been loyal Samsung phone user for many years. But this issue is so frustrating, I don't think I'll buy anything from this manufacturer again.
