A41 Volume buttons

I recently got the A41 with one large button for volume up/down. The handset was faulty and the  new one received now has 2 separate buttons   for volume up and down. Have Samsung changed the layout of the buttons and which is the newer model the one with one button for volume or mine with 2 separate  buttons. My partner has the same phone and his only has one button for  volume   thanks

I have the a41 and I just have the 1 long button for the volume up and down i just purchased mine in August
