A41 freezing and now won't factory reset

My daughters A41 started resetting itself and then getting stuck on the Samsung logo and I have factory reset it but now its stuck in a loop of trying to install updates and then resetting and getting stuck at Samsung screen

hello

try resetting again, then remove the SIM card first

when setting up, just skip all the steps as much as possible

just insert the sim card when the phone is back to home screen

Thanks for your reply, I eventually tried taking the sim card and memory card out and as you suggested that seemed to do the trick

Faulty memory card seems to be the problem, phone works fine without it but once inserted it starts crashing again
