A40 Update - Phone turning itself off

Hey,

My Galaxy A40 updated about six months ago. It corrupted my SD card, and performance of the device declined. I waited for a fix which came a few days later, but the device performance declined even further. This has happened with about four or five updates until the latest one of July 24th. Now my phone won't stay on for longer than five minutes without restarting and the battery lasts no longer than two hours.

Has anyone experienced the same, or have any ideas on how I can fix this without doing a factory reset?

Try clearing the phone system cache. Just search, how to clear phone cache Samsung A40 and you should find what you are looking for 😉

No luck unfortunately. Rebooted and lost all photos and videos etc., but the phone is still turning off/restarting every five minutes or so.
