It looks like on your device they switched it to volume down and power
Press the Volume Down button and the Side Key (Power / Bixby) at the same time
Settings>Advanced Features>Motions and Gestures>palm swipe to capture. This will allow you to use your palm swiping across the screen to capture a screenshot
