A40 Accidental photos and calling Emergency services

I have a 2 week old A40 and have managed to take photos and videos of the inside of my pocket and called the Emergency services twice!

I have accidental protection ON.

Any ideas?

Yes I have a plastic shock case that covers the back and sides and also a glass screen protector

I have exactly the same problem with my A40. Called 999 again today when phone locked in my pocket. Has happened on several occasions. Did you ever get to the bottom of this?

I tried Samsung support chat line - complete waste of time.
