Have two and I can't get either to connect to our PCs.
Read many remedies but the phone never offers any USB options.
Any help Please?

Downloaded the driver and also some nasty security pop ups.
However resolved that so will try again later today.
Delay caused by the lack of a USB data cable as apposed to a charging only cable.

The Samsung support site suggests that the driver should only be downloaded by developers...so I didn't use it.
Data cable arrived and works OK on all PCs, phones and Laptop.
