A33 5G Custom Ring tones

Just got a new A33 5G. Transferred all data from old phone, problem I have is custom ring tones for various contacts work sometimes then go to default ringtone, done all the resets and checks but keeps happening. Anyone else had the same problem? Really need custom tones for different contacts, van see me taking phone back if I can't get it sorted

I have the exact same issue here, except custom ringtones don't work at all, and I can't find any solutions anywhere!

Same here, deeply annoying, given that every single phone I’ve owned for the last 20 years HAS had this feature. Why would you take something so simple and useful off?
