A30s earphone not working

1. I just bought my A30s 1 month. Out of sudden my earphone cant use. I try several times switch off and on and restart again but still doesnt worked.

2.Key in the loop *#.... i cant remember the no. And dial then show but the no 3 cant thick due to earphone not connected.

3. I check my sound setting for volume but still the earphone cant connected.

@Ridh05: Are you referring to an external headset that you've connected to the phone? If so, can you confirm the model number or name of the headset, along with the connection method you're using e.g. Bluetooth? In the meantime, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the A30s restarts, as this will refresh the phone and address any temporary issues that might be affecting it.
