A30 charging problem

Good morning,

My problem is kind of weird. I own a Samsung A30 since 5 months.

My original charger isn't working anymore (fast nor normal charging).

I tried another charger of another A30, and it's NOT working.

I also tried connecting my cable on the computer and on the car : result : NOT working.

Then I tried an OLD samsung charger (with my own cable) , funny thing it's WORKING!!

It worked fine on normal charging, and the heat was up when I tried fast charging.

PS: the original charger is working fine with other phones!

problem in a brief: 

My phone isn't charging with the original charger, and works fine with an older charger. 

Would you please help me find an explanation to this problem?

any tips, or similar cases you have heard of?

I don't think that this problem is solved by any technician because my people facing same problems as you and I also.

I think this is an software error  and can solved only by an update...

Facing same problem with my A30.
Charging from ordinary charger but not from fast charger. Same fast charger with same cable is charging other phone, except mine A30. Any diagnosis / root cause, why its happening?
