Don't buy a Samsung, it freezes, looses Internet connection, I don't receive messages or notifications until I restart, it constantly needs to be restarted. Overall a piece of ***** phone.

Well your telling people on a Samsung members page not to get a Samsung. So you have had a bad experience with 1 phone. I've had Samsung for over 16 years, and yeah I've had the odd problem but not enough to stop me buying one. People won't listen to you...

Yeah my A51 5g malfunctioned after 1 yr 3 months. Didnt stop me from getting the S21 which Im loving so its not all Samsung phones or not all phones of the same model of Samsung.

Have you tried clearing your phone cache

Do you still have issues
If put the phone in safe mode

Power on your device in Safe mode:

1Power off your device.

2Power on your device.

3When the Samsung logo appears by itself, press and hold the Volume down key.

4The device will switch on in Safe mode. "Safe mode" will be displayed on the bottom left of the screen.

Exit Safe Mode

Press and hold the Power key.

Tap "Restart".
