I'm having problems with the colours in photos taken on my A23. I need to take photos of book covers for my website and I need the colours to be accurate however the camera is changing them eg a bright primrose yellow is pale grey in my photo and a dull dark red has become bright.
I've done a few things recommended online such as turning off Scene Optimiser and auto HDR but it's made no difference at all.
Basically I want the photo colours to be exactly the same as the book colours not the colour the camera thinks I want.
I would be grateful for any advice.

Thank you for your quick response. But surely there must be a way to get it closer ... changing bright primrose yellow to a pale grey/white can't be right.
On my previous phone (Honor) it changed the shades of a colour slightly but not the entire colour.

Thank you so much, that certainly makes a difference ... I can get the yellow to be yellow. It's a deeper yellow but at least it's not white/grey. It'll be annoying if I have to do it on every photo, but maybe I can use it only when the colours look really bad.

@DavidHB: If you swipe up from your Home screen and press and hold on the Camera app icon, then you can select 'Add to Home' to reinstate it on your Home screen. To adjust it's position, press and hold on the icon and drag it to your preferred spot.
If this option is greyed out, then please head to Settings > Home screen > Lock Home screen layout, and toggle this option off.
