A21s Screen recorder not appearing

Hi,

I have a A21s and just got the Android 11 update along with One UI 3.1 but cannot find the setting to enable the screen recorder and I have checked everywhere. Is the screen recorder not available in europe, or is it not supported on the A21s?

Ya thats right i don't find it also , i have older version Galaxy A7 and it's so FANTASTIC but not in A 21s !!  is not there ! is Missing !!
