hello. My galazy a21s is not charging after i updated it yesterday. If i shut it down it wont charge and the screen only flashes briefly and when turned on it showes charging but the percentage isn not increasing any solution will be appreciated

Maybe battery problem or charger. Please try using the other on a different phone and see if this happens. If it does then charger problem if not then battery problem.

Are you able to get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre @Umarma

The charging port works and the charger worked also. The phone charges when plugged into my laptop's usb port i managed to get full charge using my laptop. And i tried its charger with A51 and S20 and it wprks with them both but won't work with the A21s and its all after a software update. Find attached
