I have an a21s as a company phone but it won't give me WhatsApp pop up notifications.
When I try to use the settings it says it isn't allowed on this version of android which I find odd as my much older a3 did.
Any ideas?
@MichaelB73: I've encountered this query before, and it is an app-specific restriction, and cannot be resolved on the phone itself. If you would like further clarification then please reach out to WhatsApp support directly, to see if they're able to shed more light on this for you.
It's an app issue does the same on my S22 Ultra
