A21s new mobil does not work

I had shop set it up for me had to leave it bought phone friday got it home phone not working took it back saturday had to leave it saturday sunday collected it monday got it home new sim switched it on then it said low power put it on charge switched it on cant open phone entered password nothing as i entered phone password after each tap bullet bullet bullet bullet still wont open aps ? I am on my J5 samsung that works not fast thats why i bought new A21s £185 its *****

If this was my phone I would ask the shop to swap the phone for a new one under any relevant Cooling Off Period due to only owning the phone for a relatively short period of time @StourbridgePeter
